Pack of 10, M10 4 pronged tee nuts, the fixing you need to attach our climbing holds to your plywood pannels. Our t nuts are high quality and zink plated (meaning they will not rust). These are to suit 18mm ply, drill a 12mm hole in the ply ensuring it is nice and straight, then hammer a tee-nut in until it is flush with the back of the panel. Then when your panel is up you attach your PC Holds to the wall with a countersunk bolt going through the panel into the tee nut behind.
