Pack of 100, M10 4 pronged tee nuts, the fixing you need to attach our climbing holds to your plywood pannels. Our tee nuts are high quality and zink plated (meaning they will not rust). These are to suit 18mm ply, drill a 12mm hole in the ply ensuring it is nice and straight, then hammer a tee-nut in until it is flush with the back of the panel. Then when your panel is up you attach your PC Holds to the wall with a countersunk bolt going through the panel into the tee nut behind.
